Returns and Refunds
You can cancel the product if the product is not shipped. However, if the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If you still wish to cancel the order, the shipping costs and the costs for the return shipment will be charged to the customer.
If you believe you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or the product is damaged before delivery, please email us at info@meraconvocation.com mentioning your Order ID within 24 hours of receiving the product.We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. For feedback on our quality assurance process and delivery services, we might ask you to ship the product back to us.Once the returned product is received by The Mera Convocation, you’ll be informed when you shall receive an acknowledgement via email regarding details of replacement, duration and shipping information.
If you do not like the product you have received or if you have ordered the wrong product, please contact the Mera Convocation customer service team at info@meraconvocation.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment with your order number. Claims/complaints received after 24 hours of receipt of shipment will not be entertained. All products must be in unused condition and all packaging and labels must be intact. Complaints received after 24 hours of receipt of the shipment will not be considered. Once your request has been reviewed and provisionally accepted by Mera Convocation, you must return the product yourself to Mera Convocation, 126, Anandraj Industrial Estate, Behind Asian Paints, Sonapur Lane, Bhandup West, Mumbai – 400080. You agree that the costs for the shipment shall be borne by you. Refunds for products that you did not like will be given to you within two working days after receiving the product.
If the product received is damaged or differs from the product ordered, please write to us at info@meraconvocation.com within 24 hours of receiving the product together with pictures of the defect. Complaints received after 24 hours of receipt of the product will not be considered.
Once your complaint has been received, reviewed and provisionally accepted by Mera Convocation, We might ask you to ship the product back to us. Once the returned product(s) have been received, they will be inspected. If satisfied, Mera Convocation will reimbursement of the return shipping fee also issue a credit in the form of refund to the original method of payment. This process takes 6 to 7 working days.
